Beating the Heat with a Six Mile Walk

I got out early this morning with the temperature in the low 70s before a 20 degree warmup forecast by afternoon. The walk through Waterford and Cohoes clocked in at 6.22 miles on Strava. It took two hours which included at pause at lock E2 while the lock filled for west bound boaters.
